At the beginning of the end of the month, I had a sleepless week for verification, business trips, construction, accounting, recruiting activities.
On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, I had a sleeping bag for three nights at the company, and I had to work 3 hours in a row with a complete Osaka job. Anyway, I was full of deadlines, but I managed to surpass it (^_^;)
I was immersed in self-satisfaction, saying that I was able to work twice as many people as I did, but I think that what I need is not the processing power. It was calculated that total working hours in June was over 6 hours/month (-_-;)
Even if it takes more than twice as long as the time, it may not always be twice as effective. That doesn't mean that long hours aren't all productive. No matter how powerful the processing capability is, even if it is mistaken for it, management work involves confirmation/correction instructions for human work. It takes time to contact, take, and grow. And if you can do it ahead of time, the overall efficiency will increase. That is something someone has to do in a growing company.
It is difficult to manage business, work and management in all directions.
